Local Sponsor & Local Service Agent (LSA).

Foreign nationals establishing operations in Mainland UAE are mandated to have a Local Sponsor (UAE Emirati) as their Local Service Agent (LSA) for Professional services licences, or a partner holding 51% share in an LLC - which can be in Trading, Industrial or Service sectors.

We have enhanced the requirement of having Emirati representation in LLC firms and the LSA format by introducing corporate sponsorship - bolstering the confidence of clients in meeting the legal requirement.
